Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. The following fees apply based on when the cancellation request is received.

• Up to 15 days before the reservation date: Full refund.

• Between 14 days (2 weeks) and 8 days before the reservation date: 50% of the total booking fee.

• 7 days or less before the reservation date (including no-shows): 100% of the total booking fee.

Refund Process & Currency

• Timeline: Refunds take approximately one week to be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

• Currency Fluctuations: We receive and process all payments in Japanese Yen (via Stripe payment services). If you paid in a different currency, there may be a slight discrepancy in the final refund amount due to exchange rate fluctuations.
