Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. The following fees apply based on when the cancellation request is received.

• Up to 15 days before the reservation date: Full refund.

• 14 days or less before the reservation date (including no-shows):100% of the total booking fee.

Refund Process & Currency

• Processing Time: Once issued, funds will typically reappear on your original payment card within roughly 5 to 7 business days.

• Foreign Exchange Rates: We receive and process all payments in Japanese Yen (via Stripe payment services). If you paid in a different currency, there may be a slight discrepancy in the final refund amount due to exchange rate fluctuations.

• Currency Variation Policy: Please note that we cannot regulate or compensate for international exchange rate shifts, and any minor differences in the refunded total are managed entirely by financial institutions.
