To ensure you are fully immersed in the stillness and spirit of the ceremony, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the tea ceremony.
However, you are more than welcome to take photos before and after the session to capture your memories of the space and the tea room. We appreciate your understanding in preserving this moment of profound presence.

To maintain a meditative atmosphere of stillness and focus, we welcome guests aged 12 and older. This ensures that every participant can fully immerse themselves in the intricate movements and profound silence of Buke Sado.

Please do not worry. While traditional sitting is part of the experience, your comfort is our priority. If you feel any discomfort during the ceremony, you are welcome to adjust your position or sit cross-legged.

To honor the stillness of the ceremony, we cannot admit guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late. Late arrivals without prior notice will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and no refund will be provided.

Most of our traditional Japanese sweets (wagashi) are crafted from simple, plant-based ingredients such as rice, sugar, and red bean paste. However, if you have any specific dietary concerns or severe allergies, please do not hesitate to contact us before booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs so you can enjoy the experience with peace of mind.
